Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning services are ready to assist clients in discovering insights through AI/ML, answering data driven questions through visualization and develop profitable business growth perspectives leveraging their big data assets.


  • Independently conduct research and development efforts (prototypes, proof of concepts and production/operational initiatives)
  • Conceptualize, design and develop advanced analytics & machine learning solutions that incorporate complex data into actionable insights and prescriptive models
  • Lead the development of best practices for formulating business challenges as a machine learning opportunity, sharing insights from feature exploration and model training/testing, operationalizing machine learning pipelines, and recommending business strategies that leverage the algorithms
  • Collaborate with data engineers, data visualization specialists, application developers and our clients to understand the clients’ challenges and help craft solutions that solve their toughest, most critical problems



  • Demonstrable machine learning experience that influenced/transformed enterprise-scale business processes (such as, Supply Chain, Customer Analytics, Marketing & Pricing, Risk & Fraud, Sentiment Analysis, Operations)
  • Articulate how their analytics expertise applies across industry verticals (e.g. the candidate’s prior experience may be financial services, but much of that experience can be translated to solve for similar/relevant challenges in healthcare or telecom)
  • Excellence in a consultative setting, advising clients through the challenges of building complex analytic solutions that demand a multi-part engagement construct
  • 12+ years of professional experience in advanced analytics/machine learning with progressive growth in mentoring and thought leadership responsibilities
  • Graduate degree in a quantitative science or engineering with a proven track record of building data-intensive statistical, data mining and machine learning analytic models, with a focus on delivering business value and integration practicality
  • Proficiency with one or more of Continuum Anaconda, MS Azure ML (Workbench, Studio or CNTK), AWS ML (Sagemaker), DataIKU or
  • Proficiency with one or more of Python, R or Julia
  • Proficiency with one or more of SQL, Spark/Databricks or Hadoop (Hive, Pig) for data manipulation, cleansing and transformation
  • Proficiency with ML operationalization tools, such as Scikit-learn pipelines
  • Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as Git/Git-Hub or Bit-bucket and deployment of trained models through containerized (Docker/Kubernetes) APIs
  • Working knowledge with “proof of concept” analytic software such as Alteryx, KNIME, Rapid Miner or Orange to assist with rapid-prototyping or fast-fail initiatives
  • Working knowledge of visualization libraries (e.g. seaborn, matplotlib, ggplot, D3.js)
  • Familiarity with RESTful/Open API-s to source external data assets to enrich internal data: e.g. socio-demographic, firmographic, social media, manufacturer’s scheduled maintenance recommendations, weather, location, etc.
  • Familiarity with SAS and SPSS, to assist with transitioning clients to the state-of-the-art machine learning platforms, is a plus
  • Familiarity with Apache / Spark-ML and Google / TensorFlow programming is a plus
  • Familiarity with Deep Learning, GIS, image, video and streaming/IoT data is a plus
