The Talent Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day functions of the candidate experience. This includes coordinating schedules of interviews and travel, facilitating background checks, managing HR Systems, posting and updating jobs through our applicant tracking system, and supporting our Recruitment Team with ad-hoc assignments. 


  • Provide an excellent end-to-end candidate experience 
  • Schedule a high volume of phone, video, and panel interviews via Microsoft Teams 
  • Provide regular follow-ups & confirmations for the candidates/interviewers 
  • Troubleshoot any technological issues that may arise with remote interviews 
  • Manage applicant tracking system, including posting jobs, dispositioning candidates, and troubleshooting issues 
  • Assist in collecting and editing job descriptions 
  • Manage recruiting data and generate reports for management 
  • Assist with special projects as needed 
  • Launch and monitor backgrounds for candidates 
  • Construct and deliver offer letters, ensuring all processes are completed prior to start date 
  • Answer hiring manager and candidate inquiries on job requisition process 


  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, or a related fast-paced environment with high volume scheduling (preferably another startup or corporate environment) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Candidates should be professional, self-motivated individuals who function well in fast-paced, high-energy environments 
  • Strong follow up skills, with attention to detail 
  • Effective time management skills 
  • Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and to prioritize accordingly 
  • Solid computer skills, including experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
