This position will be responsible for managing the project of standing up the Tulsa Office.  The incumbent will work with the team to create timelines, drills, staffing plans, events, etc.


  • Working closely with the Tulsa team and other teams at Canoo to plan and execute the overall strategy for the Tulsa office
  • Oversee the construction management process
  • Oversee tenant improvements in the Tulsa office and other locations, as needed
  • Prepare presentations and communications that convey a clear message to different audiences
  • Work across enterprise applications to help establish and execute project management
  • Manage the overall budget
  • Track milestones, progress, dependencies, and issues closely
  • Institute effective program management processes, tools, and best practices to bring efficiency and support collaboration
  • Foster an environment of open communication with all stakeholders
  • Promote Canoo Principles in daily activities


Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years leading and planning implementation, verifying price and scope
  • Ability to provide gap analysis against initial scope and manage scope
  • Coordinates priorities with the team
  • Able to identify potential schedule impacts including scope, weather, manpower, and facilitates mitigation plans for impacts
  • Provides appropriate written documentation for decisions affecting various aspects of the project such as budget, schedule, legal, quality and/or safety issues that may impact SOP
  • Must be able to perform work accurately and completely in a timely manner
  • Ability to conduct effective presentations
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, internally and externally
  • Proficiency in scheduling software
  • Ability to achieve results under tough circumstances
  • You have great organizational skills and like to multitask

Preferred Experience 

  • Mission critical project management experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • MBA in project management
