As the Manager of Order Management, you will be responsible for expediting and ensuring the timely delivery of service parts from our suppliers to our repair facilities. Working with third-party partners and internal stakeholders, you will have demonstrated success in automotive material planning, supply chain management, and/or logistics. The ideal candidate will work closely with Purchasing, internal and external Suppliers, Warehousing, and Supply Chain Management to help ensure the highest level of retailer satisfaction, reporting to the Director of Parts Operations, this role requires high levels of initiative, independent decision making, and cross-functional collaboration in an ambiguous, go-to-market environment.


  • Focus on items which are in critical short supply with long lead-times yet integral to service campaigns, recalls, or potential Lemon Law risk.
  • Work with all internal and external stakeholders to improve critical service parts lead-times, secure alternative supply sources, or other means to secure critical service parts.
  • Work with the Supply Chain Manager to prioritize customer orders in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Take the lead on service actions and recalls ensuring that critical parts are expedited and allocated appropriately.
  • Brief senior management on critical service parts issues and planned countermeasures.
  • Proactively access potential supply chain and supplier issues and develop plans to mitigate potential disruptions.
  • Develop and implement critical service parts KPI’s to drive performance.
  • Evaluate and recommend systems and processes to move the business forward.
  • Collaborates with functional stake holders to drive solutions in areas like poor product quality, delivery delays, supply chain bottlenecks, supplier errors, product damage, and other obstacles to on-time delivery.


  • Batchelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, material planning, purchasing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within fast-paced supply chain operation.
  • Exceptional analytical and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to switch back and forth between strategic and tactical.
  • Experience in working in agile teams.
  • Strong knowledge of supplier management, logistics, and supply chain.
  • Superior organizational and communications skills.
  • Self-directed, detailed-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Passionate about the customer and sustainable mobility.

Preferred Experience 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ automotive experience with an OEM or automotive supplier.
  • Experience with Oracle Supply Chain Systems.
  • APICS, Lean Six Sigma certifications a plus.
