As the Parts Supply Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal supply and timely delivery of service parts from our parts suppliers to our Distribution Center. Working with third-party partners and internal stakeholders, you will have demonstrated success in service supply chain management or logistics. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role requires high levels of initiative, independent decision making, and cross-functional collaboration in an ambiguous, go-to-market environment.


  • Forecast customer demand, optimize service and safety stock, and develop an allocation strategy that collectively delivers best-in-class service parts availability.
  • Provide forecasts and call-offs to service parts suppliers.
  • Support the Service BOM, including Master Data and PFEP.
  • Work with internal and external resources to coordinate implementation of a service parts packaging and containerization plan.
  • Develop KPI’s to measure supply chain performance and steer the business.
  • Drive operational excellence and innovation throughout the supply chain, continuously improving efficiency while reducing costs.
  • Monitor all nodes in the supply chain and take necessary action to avoid or minimize disruptions and maintain agreed service levels.
  • Support new vehicle launches, service campaigns, and recalls, expediting procurement and delivery of critical parts as needed.
  • Coordinate resources, provide clear direction, collaborate with Purchasing, Suppliers, Manufacturing Logistics, Materials, Transportation, Service, and other key stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Evaluate and recommend systems and processes to move the business forward.


  • Batchelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, purchasing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in service parts inventory forecasting, demand planning, or service parts purchasing and expediting.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within fast-paced warehousing, manufacturing, or service parts operations.
  • Exceptional analytical and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to switch back and forth between strategic and tactical.
  • Experience working in agile teams.
  • Proficient working with and analyzing large data sets.
  • Superior organizational and communications skills.
  • Self-directed, detailed-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Passionate about the customer and sustainable mobility.

Preferred Experience

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Automotive experience preferred.
  • 5 plus years’ experience driving strategic supply chain initiatives
  • Experience working with Service BOM and PFEP.
  • APICS, Lean Six Sigma certifications a plus.
