The [Design Ops] will serve as a strategic lead across brand design projects from project kick-off to delivery, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to define the vision, strategic framework, and creative solutions that drive innovation. Partnering directly with Design Leadership, you will work to balance competing priorities and maximize team resources to quickly execute on top priorities. You will identify gaps in current workflows and develop new processes that support the Design team and other key stakeholder groups.

  • Thrive in and encourage collaborative work environments while not hesitating to own, define, and deliver multiple projects
  • 6+ years experience in project management, operations, or production in a creative design setting
  • Project management software, smartsheet, Microsoft teams suite



  • Are energized by creativity, have a high bar for innovation, and love inspiring others.
  • Enjoy working closely with designers representing different disciplines, skills, backgrounds, and specialties, and have familiarity with product development and research methods in the digital space



  • Articulate design concepts, strategies and roadmaps clearly through exceptional oral and written communication skills and use them to effectively roll out large scale programs.
  • Drive meetings — from pitches to workshops, you’re comfortable in front of a crowd.
  • Excel at surfacing opportunities and communicating your recommendations with powerful storytelling grounded in robust data. 
  • Collaborate with the creative team by grounding, clarifying and amplifying big creative ideas.


Process/Project Management

  • Are a deep systems thinker, able to understand and orchestrate product and experience across multiple business lines, services, and touchpoints. 
  • Employ the right amount of process, knowing what to keep and what to throw out to keep people and projects happy.
  • Have a track record of building and executing programs from scratch and measuring their impact.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and financial reporting.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools with designers and cross-functional team members to solve our growing need to collaborate globally, across designers and cross-functional teams.
  • Source and evaluate design vendors when needed. Interface with legal, finance, and procurement teams to onboard and pay vendors, including facilitating statements of work and negotiating business terms and budget.
