Overview

As part of the Investor Relations Team, you will report to the Vice President of Investor Relations (IR) to help manage and execute our global investor relations function. Our team values entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to learn new skills quickly in a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates on and supports the execution strategy of Canoo’s global investor relations program
  • Manages the quarterly earnings call process and helps draft earnings scripts, releases and the Q&A package
  • Assists in the execution of Canoo’s IR calendar of events, including conferences and non-deal roadshows
  • Updates IR presentations and fact sheets
  • Ensures the completeness and accuracy of Canoo’s investor database
  • Receives on-the-job training in educating and updating investors and analysts on Canoo’s investment proposition
  • Maintains repository of Canoo’s current and historic external and internal communications
  • Executes the data collection, creation and analysis of periodic reports to management about Canoo’s stock price, relative stock price, analysts' estimates and ratings, oral feedback from analysts and investors, and other competitive information
  • Accumulates and analyzes sell-side financial models along with Canoo and peer group financial performance and projections
  • Ensure Regulation Fair Disclosure (FD) compliance during all investor events including conference presentations, meetings and conference calls
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in investor relations or associated field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • Strong financial analytical understanding and skills
  • Strong Excel and Power Point skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
