The Manager, Human Resources will manage Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs), and collaborate with C-level executives, managers, and external corporate partners. This will be a managerial role developing policy, SOPs, managing employee relations, and HRBP team members.



  • Support HR functions including employee relations, workers compensation, and ER investigations.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Manage HR Business Partners.
  • Develop and refine immigration policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage and monitor PERM, I-9 Compliance programs.
  • Develop protocols to track and update data in various systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop quarterly forecasts.



  • BA/BS degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Must have a minimum 2 years of HR management experience.
  • Must have minimum 7 years of experience in corporate human resources in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience with employee relations, investigations, and recommended courses of action.
  • Must have experience with entire lifecycle of onboarding compliance matters (I-9, PERM, etc).
  • Must have experience with US immigration.
  • Experience managing complex issues and relaying those concepts to stakeholders.
  • Team player that works well cross-functionally.
  • Ability to think and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
