Canoo Digital Product Team is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Customer Journey. The primary responsibility of this role is to create and deeply immerse within the customer journey for Digital Products, serving as the voice of the customer in building, onboarding, and supporting products in collaboration with cross-functional squads. Reporting to the Group Product Manager of Digital Products, the person in this role will support the Digital Product Team’s objective to solve our customers’ most complex problems through innovative, integrated, end-to-end digital solutions.


  • Create and own customer personas, journey maps, and client success metrics for an assigned area of the business
  • Define, measure, and report on Digital Product and feature launch success metrics
  • Enable Sales organization by providing regular Digital Product training and creating pre-sales materials
  • Onboard, train, and provide ongoing post-sales support and strategies for end users to maximize client success using Canoo vehicles and digital products
  • Strategize Digital Product positioning, messaging, and pricing in concert with Product Managers
  • Create Digital Product and feature launch roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute



Required Experience

  • Bachelors or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in digital product, agency/management consulting, pre-sales verticals and/or automotive industries
  • Demonstrated experience building and supporting successful client relationships
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and presenting a clear narrative to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to lead, influence, and drive teamwork in a collaborative cross-functional environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Preferred Experience 

  • A portfolio of work demonstrating effective visual storytelling
  • Professional experience in EV vertical
  • Experience in fleet management and/or with government contracts

Travel Requirements

  • 5% travel

Salary will be determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, training, skillset, location, etc.  Expected salary range in CA – ($125,100 - $150,200 annually)
