The Embedded Software internship – ADAS diagnostics position will work as part of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) team to help develop and improve diagnostics capability of the ADAS system.

• Design, develop, implement, debug and maintain test software and automation for Canoo over-the-air upgrade feature
• Implement new features and improve existing functionalities for over-the-air software
• Improve unit testing coverage for software modules
• Improve Misra/static analysis metrics for the system
• Work on HIL test setups to improve test coverage

Required Experience

• Currently pursuing BS, MS or PhD In Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering
• Fluent in C, ability to code in Python
• Experience with micro-controller IDE design/development tools
• Understanding of software development practices
• Experience in real-time operating systems

Compensation will be determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, training, skillset, location, etc.  Expected hourly range in CA: Bachelors Program $25/hr - Masters Program - $35/hr.
