Overview

Canoo is looking for an energetic, results-oriented Service Parts Operations Sr. Manager that desires an exciting career in the Electric Vehicle Industry.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leadership of service parts operations and warehouse activities in US
  • Ensure the right parts are delivered to the right location on time
  • Execute strategic warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, and inventory management practices in support of program requirements under both normal and expedited operating environments.
  • Ensure effective systems are established to maintain warehouse data including sales, reconciling inventory levels, and communicating with intended parts recipients.
  • Lead strategy on service parts packaging, requirements to execution
  • Partner with leadership and external customers to ensure demand planning and inventory implementation.
  • Facilitate parts depot projects including the startup and launch, determine regional gaps in operating capabilities and support internal stakeholders.
  • Plan, design, and optimize facility utilization by maximizing inventory slotting and production flow, while achieving greater densities of inventory stored per sq. ft. and high service center fill rates.
  • Develop, standardize, and deploy the structure that is integrated within global supply chain and minimizes total cost while providing superior customer service.
  • Drive optimal service levels with business partners and with high fill rates
  • Drive continuous improvement throughout the logistics chain
  • Support service teams with a mobile-first mentality with strong parts operations
  • Oversee parts warehousing/depot implementation and transportation of parts
  • Monitor, generate and interpret results or KPIs to support performance, operational, delivery efficiencies and health
  • Ensure full compliance with manufacturer parts and warranty policies, procedures, and rules
  • Understands and stays aware of federal, state and local regulations that may affect performance or strategy.

Qualifications

  • Able to effectively work both individually and within a group in a high-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of quantitative and statistical approaches to business analysis related to revenue analytics and revenue optimization
  • Proactive and assertive leadership abilities and keen decision-making skills
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
