Systems engineer for special projects is responsible to define, architect, integrate and validate system level changes based on project needs. This role is the bridge between the software, hardware and design teams. Design quick solutions while maintaining quality and reliability for Low Voltage systems while integrating with existing vehicle architecture.

The DevOps Engineer is responsible for managing daily operational activity on our vehicle software build and cloud software builds.
The Lead DevOps Engineer is responsible for managing daily operational activity on our vehicle software build and cloud software builds which includes vehicle software builds, cloud services, mobile and web applications. This role would be part of the Software Operations team and focus on leading a lean team of DevOps engineers and growing our DevOps practice with the organization. You will need to use your technical depth and hands-on implementation experience to create an efficient, scalable solution for deploying and monitoring pipelines and services.

Daily tasks will include processing and deburring of finished parts, material prepping, maintenance of equipment and tools, and CNC/Manual machine operation. In this role you will be exposed to a wide variety manufacturing technologies including automatic saws, material lofting, material stamping, tool setting and balancing, 3-5 axis CNC mills, CAD/CAM systems, and inspection. This will be a crash course in all things digital manufacturing with real world applications at the core of every task.

The primary responsibilities of this role are to (1) identify, track and apply for federal, state and local government grants, loans, tax credits and other incentives and to (2) manage compliance with the terms of those incentives. The incumbent also will be responsible for managing contracts with external consultants who support the government team and for ensuring timely payment to external vendors.
Canoo’s Design Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Architectural Designer (Level 3 or Senior). The primary responsibility of this role is to develop architectural concepts and new standards for future branded experiences (i.e. factory, tradeshow, retail and service) as well as manage architectural consultants. Reporting to the Creative Director of Branding, the person in this role will support the design department's objective to continue branded experiences through environmental manifestations.
