As a core member of the Systems Engineering team, the Electrical Integration Engineer is responsible to architect, integrate, and validate the low voltage systems of Canoo’s vehicles. This role is an enabler for cross-functional development of the electrical system between the electrical component design responsible engineers, the system integration engineers, and test/validation engineers. Success in this role requires an individual who is comfortable both architecting electrical integration solutions behind a computer and bringing electrical systems up live on a vehicle.
Calibrate the vehicle powertrain software controls such that it meets the design requirements and accurately reflects the “voice of the customer”, ensuring the vehicle is competitive and competent in the market.
The person Senior Engineer – CAE – Model Build will be responsible for the vehicle CAE model build by collaboration with other departments in a fast-paced EV development.
Must be willing to work onsite at one of our locations in Michigan, Oklahoma, or Texas.

The Vehicle and Diagnostic Test Engineer is responsible for designing vehicle and system level test procedures, creating judgment criteria to assess test results in order to validate design requirements, debug hardware/software issues and work with cross functional team for the fix.This position requires a talented engineer with passion for and experience with electric vehicles in a practical, multidisciplinary environment. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.
The person must be located in Texas, California, Michigan, or Oklahoma.

As a core member of the Powertrain and Electronics team, an Electronics Test Engineer participates in the development, guidance, and fabrication of equipment to support performance of tests validating the company’s variety of electronics components.

The Lead DevOps Engineer is responsible for managing daily operational activity on our vehicle software build and cloud software builds which includes vehicle software builds, cloud services, mobile and web applications. This role would be part of the Software Operations team and focus on leading a lean team of DevOps engineers and growing our DevOps practice with the organization. You will need to use your technical depth and hands-on implementation experience to create an efficient, scalable solution for deploying and monitoring pipelines and services.

The Embedded Software Engineer will support the development for gateway, powertrain and body controller BSW development.
This role will support the Software Engineering team for all Canoo electric vehicle programs and markets by updating the communication and network files needed for our software development.
Strong contributions to the design, implementation, and testing of the Canoo vehicle, with an emphasis on High Voltage architecture and software. Maintain requirement documents at the vehicle, system, and sub-system levels. Support integration and testing of devices during all manufacturing phases.
The Manager, CMF (Color, Materials, and Finishes) Designer is tasked with setting the vision for the development and coordination of interior and exterior color, material, and finish designs for the Canoo brand.
As a core member of the Systems Engineering team, the system engineer with Functional Integration focus is responsible to help bring advanced concepts to life and keep the test vehicle fleet fit for test. This role is the enabler for cross-functional development of the product between the design responsible engineers, the test and validation engineers, and the designers.
