This role will support the Software Engineering team for all Canoo electric vehicle programs and markets by updating the communication and network files needed for our software development.
Strong contributions to the design, implementation, and testing of the Canoo vehicle, with an emphasis on High Voltage architecture and software. Maintain requirement documents at the vehicle, system, and sub-system levels. Support integration and testing of devices during all manufacturing phases.

Canoo is looking for a passionate and highly motivated individual to join the Charging Infrastructure Program team in the role of Electrical Engineer Lead. The primary responsibility of this role is initially to be a founding member of the Charging Infrastructure team, taking a strong role in strategy development, planning, and rollout of charging infrastructure consultation and management for fleet customers. The Senior Engineer – Vehicle Durability CAE will provide technical and engineering support in the area of vehicle durability using CAE methods while actively collaborating with design teams to create world-class EV to support Canoo's business vision in the core field of Autonomous and to make EVs accessible to all.

This role is an enabler for cross-functional development of the product between the design responsible engineers, the test and validation engineers, and the system integration engineers. Success in this role requires an individual who is comfortable both analyzing electrical integration solutions behind a computer and bringing electrical systems up live on a vehicle.
